We prepare high-quality raw food for our Maine Coon kittens, ensuring it’s free from chemicals and additives – just wholesome, natural ingredients to support their growth, immunity, and energy. Alongside this, we offer premium dry food for free feeding throughout the day, allowing kittens to graze as they need.
This dual approach supports healthy development and helps transition your kitten smoothly into their new home with a strong start.

Health and Genetic Testing
At Blue Sapphire & Smoke MC Cattery LLC, the health of our cats and kittens is our top priority. That’s why all of our Kings and Queens undergo comprehensive genetic testing to ensure they are free of inherited diseases commonly found in the Maine Coon breed. We are happy to provide test results to every adopting family for full transparency and peace of mind.
Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM): All of our breeding cats test negative for the MYBPC3 mutation (1), the most commonly associated genetic marker for HCM in Maine Coons.
Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD): Our cats are also tested and confirmed negative for the PKD1 gene, ensuring they do not carry mutations linked to this condition.
By maintaining rigorous health screening protocols, we’re proud to offer Maine Coon kittens that are not only beautiful and well-socialized – but also start life with the best possible foundation for long-term health.
